From Apple:
"I'm sorry to hear that the application you recently purchased is not functioning as expected. Joseph, I have already processed the refund for you In five to seven business days, a credit of £5.99 should be posted to the credit card that appears on the receipt for that purchase."
Just a shame I didn't get to play such an awesome looking game XD
