You're frustration is understood and I am working now to get updated status information on this issue. 11bit Studios is aware of this problem and does support their games. A large effort for the developers and me is to get reasonable responses to issues and keep people informed. I, or an Admin, will inform you as well as others on the status of this as soon a possible.
The delay in responding to issues posted are being addressed to no longer have long periods of time without some information.
