won't run at all

greetings everyone! i just bought this game from the android market. i got interested because the graphics shown in the screenshots looked awesome, and the reviews were good too. after i bought it i was able to download all the data needed to run the game itself, almost 200MB of content.

after impatiently waiting for the download,i was excited to play. however, all i get is a black screen. no audio, no video, NOTHING BUT BLACK.

i checked with my other games to see if they were working and everything else was fine. tried downloading other games to see if those would turn out fine. only anomaly is doing this.

i'm using samsung galaxy (GT-I9003) with firmware 2.2.1. still have 3.05GB available space even after installing the game.

please help! i'm excited to try this out and see just how awesome the game is.

Are you running the game with the latest 1.11 update?
If yes, then sorry, our fault, we thought it was already fixed so we removed this phone model from unsupported devices. We'll be looking for solution still.

yes, i was running the latest update the game. and yes, please do give me a refund. i guess i will just try to download again at a later date when the bugs for my phone model have been ironed out. will be emailing the transaction details to the email you provided. thank you so much for your speedy response!
