[Linux] Game window operations breaks rendering

Have just bought the game in Linux steam and immediately found a rather major issue - any attempt to move the game windows, resize it, swap the desktops or any similar operations makes rendering inside it to go totally nuts - stuff gets drawn in wrong places, window automatically tries to expand beyond screen borders. What makes it even less fun is the fact that once windows has been resized it memorizes settings between relaunches and breaks again immediately.

If that matters I am using a compositing windows manager (Gnome Shell). Video is GeForce GTX 560, proprietary nvidia driver.

(rm -r ~/.This\ War\ of\ Mine resets the window configuration as expected so this is not broken beyond repair, just very annoying)
