Basicly as stated in the topic: when I alt-tab when the game is in full screen I cannot go back to the game, it's not responding and blocks me from doing anything else.
Sys: Win 8.1, up to date
The game is on Steam account
Not sure what details can help more, just ask. This is annoying and I just don't like to play in Window mode.

I have the same issue with alt+tab or if java pops up for update.
Also running windows 8.1 its really frustrating

We've heard about that issue - no luck replicating it, however. Would you send us your dxdiags, please?

Just found this thread, having the same issue.
Whenever focus is lost game stops responding.

Just had it happen night 27, returned to find Pavel wounded after being out in a scavenging, doing nothing risky at the time of crash.
This issue ruins the game for me.

Have reported to support.
Will also E-Mail my DX Diag.

Same issue here. Windows 8.1 upgraded to Windows 10. When the program is minimized it stops responding, cannot be closed, and shows to take up 98% of system usage in Task Manager. I have to hard boot to get around it.
