Is there only 2 sets of survivors?

I already started the game dozen of times, and there is no difference if they will kill me on day 10, or if I will retreat on day 3, or even if I try new game just after seeing my survivors - I have only 2 sets, Pavle, Brono, Katia and Pavle, Bruno, Marco. The only additional characters I had was those ones who comes to my house after few days and asking for shelter, there was 3 of them, Emila, Roman, Martin.

And another issue - I had to play on window mode, cause even if I set game to 1920x1080 and full screen - I can only see text that this resolution is no possible to display on my monitor, which is of course not true. Actually there is no matter which resolution I will set - my monitor won't display any of it. Why is that?

1. There are many more sets of characters - you'll have to play more to unlock them.

1. This is annoying, cause when I finish my game for the first time - then I will get 2 new sets of survivors, so if I wanted to play again with old characters, then I had to delete my user data for TWoM in steam folder. You should definitely do something about, give users a choice, or make it more transparent, cause for now one almost everyone thinks that it is a bug, not a feature ... If I understand correctly to unlock next stage of the game, I need to complete previous one. So maybe create some kind of list of stages, for example 10 stages, and each one should be transparent, shows you what you should expect about new stage challenges, new characters etc, and also an option to start new game with already finished stages. Cause for now one game is really hard to manage for new players, who do not read topics on steam forum or on this forum.

I'm not sure if you can see it in dxdiag, but i have 2x GTX 560 Ti in SLI mode.
And this is not only my issue, I saw it already mentioned by other players. So feel free to ask me for anything, I will be glad to help you to get rid of that issue.

Is the unlocking of characters somehow visible somewhere? Btw I thought the selection of characters would be random but now it seems that as you get more play throughs you get a different "set" of characters, is it so?

Yes, as far as I noticed, there are "sets" of survivors, to unlock new sets, you need to survive the war. After each survived war new sets will be unlocked - but only for next game, if you survive the war again, old sets will be replaced by new sets. I guess that it was added to game to make it more interesting for next playthroughs, but in my opinion it is annoying feature, I hope it will be upgrade somehow.
