Issue: Central Square Trading Values become enormously in favor of the player. The primary issue here is that the trade values get reversed (ie. "you can have it for almost nothing" items like water or rollups become "exactly what i wanted", while and bandage / food values become "common" or "almost nothing")
How to reproduce: Not entirely sure, but I suspect dynamic modifiers to the trade values (ie. radio events, Katya) which properly update other traders, but not the central square traders
