I made a post about the problems two days before
However, that post has been cleared today
And I did not receive any answer to my e-mail
I want to contact the game staff
or I will ask for a refund on Steam

You have a post with the subject "2015/03/21 - HELP" in the tech issues forum and it still there. I had also asked for the console output to help with this issue and haven't seen a reply post or PM with the requested information. We would not remove your post without a good reason. Your post is important and I am trying to help solve this issue but to get a better idea of the problem I do need the console output. Please post any questions and output in the "2015/03/21 - HELP" post.
