I played casual and advanced for Baghdad mayhem and all i get for Ruthlessness medal is silver.
I manage to destroy all of the towers with using my troops and the air strike.

Any help on how to get it would be great!

Hmmm, for destroying all towers you should be getting gold medal unless some towers were left.

As the topic says, I seem to be unable to achieve gold metal for ruthlessness in Tokyo Raid even though I kill everything - except for those bits, where you have to run for the bridge. How am I supposed to achieve it?
