Here are the general steps to convert PST (Personal Storage Table) files to PDF manually:
Step 1: Install Microsoft Outlook
You will need to have Microsoft Outlook installed on your computer to convert PST files to PDF manually. If you don't have it installed, you can download and install it from the official Microsoft website.
Step 2: Export PST files from Outlook
Open Microsoft Outlook and go to File > Options > Advanced. Under the "Export" section, click on "Export" to start the Import and Export Wizard. Choose "Export to a file" and click "Next." Select "Outlook Data File (.pst)" as the file type and click "Next." Choose the PST file(s) that you want to convert to PDF and click "Next." Choose a location to save the exported PST file(s) and provide a name for the exported file. Click "Finish" to complete the export process.
Step 3: Use Adobe Acrobat Pro
If you have Adobe Acrobat Pro installed on your computer, you can use it to convert PST files to PDF. Open Adobe Acrobat Pro and go to Tools > Create PDF > Combine Files. Click on "Add Files" and select the exported PST file(s) from Step 2. Click "Combine Files" to create a PDF document from the PST file(s). You can then save the PDF document to the desired location on your computer.
