Will not play at all :(

I have just purchased through the Mac App Store. The requirements section in the information box says that I need 10.6 or more recent, which I do. When I run the game, things are unplayable even at the lowest settings.

Please can someone contact me regarding a refund.

The requirements really ought to have been in the 'requirements' box. That, I feel, would be the logical place for them, not in the advertising copy that isn't displayed by default.

I still haven't heard anything from an 11 Bit Studios representative.

Hi,
That unfortunately doesn't meet hardware requirements. Please excuse, but this is not our fault. We added the hardware requirements in the only place that we could in the official Apple game description form.
Sorry for the situation, please talk to Mac App Store for refund. We're technically unable to do that.

From Apple:

"I'm sorry to hear that the application you recently purchased is not functioning as expected. Joseph, I have already processed the refund for you In five to seven business days, a credit of £5.99 should be posted to the credit card that appears on the receipt for that purchase."

Just a shame I didn't get to play such an awesome looking game XD

We're really glad the issue was solved.

However, I guess you are going to purchase a new machine some day and that day you could already have a nice game for it :)
