Incorrect medal achievements ? FIXED! IT'S THE UPDATE

Hello,

I love your game
I'm trying to get all achievements, I finished Mission 4 so far, I got the Efficiency and Directness Gold medals on Mission 1 and the Efficiency, Directness and Ruthlessness Gold medals on Missions 2,3 and 4 (see screenshot).
That's 11 Medals in total, but my War Hero Achivement only says I got 9 Gold Medals, and my Lightning Strike Achievment only says i got 3 Directness Gold Medals (see screenshot).

Is this an error, or do some medals of some missions not count towards the achievements ?

Hi,

(nice scoring with medals, btw).

Apparently the displaying is not correct, but the count should all go fine, so it counts you have 4 Directness medals, but mistakenly displays 3 only.

We've been testing the achievements and all worked fine. Obviously, we did not test displaying.

Is the same true for the War Hero Achievement ? As that one displays 2 less than it should be.

Yes. It should work fine except displaying with all the achievements.

So, I finally got all 41 gold medals in the story mode, but my War Hero achievement still says 36 / 41
No wonder only 0.2% of the players got this achievment, with such a bug.
Could you please correct it ? As a casual player, it took me quite a while to collect all these medals, so I'm more than a bit annoyed i didn't get the achievemnt

Oh cranky, since some people unlocked it, and it works fine internally, we thought it's working correctly everywhere.

Hey Hagar,

What happens if you restart the game, enter Achievements in Steamworks and then go back to the game and then again to Achievements. Does it still shows 36/41?

It didn't help.
To be sure I understood correctly, i tried several things:
- Started the game from steam (i didn't start any missions)
- Pressed shift-tab to view steam overlay and clicked on achievements
- Pressed esc to return to the game
- Pressed shift-tab again to view steam overlay and clicked on achievements
- Pressed esc again to return to the game
- Pressed the Achievements button in the game menu
- Pressed esc again to return to the game
- Pressed the Achievements button in the game menu again
- Pressed esc again to return to the game
- Pressed alt-tab to go to the steam application and clicked on achievements
- Returned to the game
- Pressed alt-tab again to go to the steam application and pressed F5 to refresh achievements

It still reads 36/41

OK, thanks for checking that.

I had such problem when the game informed me of 33 medals, while Steam of 32. But after restarting, it was all ok.

Anyway, hope to finish the patch next week. thanks again.
