I wonder, however... how do rankings work? That is to say: what exactly increases a player's rank, and what are the thresholds? It would be cool to see a list of all available rankings and their point/coin thresholds. For example: I am currently ranked "Funky Champion Gold." What is the next rank, and how many point/coins do I need to get there?

What is your rank? Perhaps we can begin a list. All I remember offhand is that I was "Chief of Chiefs" before, but it's a start.
